These small knives are suited to tackling small work in hard synthetic materials such as plastics and modelling resins. They use Michihamono's exceptional HSS lamination, but feature thicker spines than most other Michihamono knives. As such, their bevels are at higher angle to protect them when being used to make tougher cuts. The bevel itself does create a very fine point on the tool, making it exceptionally manoeuvrable and able to make cuts in tricky spots.

The handles have been kept shorter than usual as well, with small work in mind.
